How long do your juices stay fresh?

When kept in the refrigerator, our juices remain fresh for up to 7 days! If the seal is broken, juice must be consumed within 48-72 hours. Juices kept in the freezer can last up to 6 months!

How do I place an order?

All orders can now be placed through our “Shop” page via our website. For shipping, we suggest a minimum of three juices and require a maximum of ten juices per order! Please allow 48-72 hours for processing of all orders placed with us. 

Please note: For local delivery, juice purchase is unlimited. We only require a maximum of ten juices per order for shipping only!

What is your shipping process?

With Blend of Soul, we believe in getting customers their products efficiently and safely, so all of our juices are shipped via UPS with shipping fees starting at $17.53/order. Blend of Soul shipping days are on Mondays and Wednesdays. To guarantee optimal delivery of your order, all orders must be placed by 12 p.m. EST on Friday to ensure shipment the following Monday. Orders must be placed by 12 p.m. EST on Monday to ensure shipment the following Wednesday.

Do you deliver?

Yes! Juice deliveries are now available, but are only designated for the RDU area only! If you are interested in our local delivery option, please read our important information concerning local delivery by clicking on the “Local Delivery” tab at the top of our home page, and by also reading important local delivery information below.

This option is only available for customers in the RDU area. Delivery is available Monday-Friday from 10am-6pm and Saturday from 9am-3pm. NO DELIVERIES ON SUNDAY! NO SAME DAY DELIVERIES!

*When checking out with us, please provide your ENTIRE address including city and state where you would like your juices delivered. If you are located in an apartment building, please specify apartment complex name and apartment number/gate code if applicable in our delivery instructions area upon checking out.

*Please note: Delivery fee $10/order! If you are located outside of RDU perimeters, our UPS shipping option will be available* 

Once you have completed your order for local delivery, please allow 48-72 hours for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed, you will receive a notification that your order is "Ready for Delivery" and we will notify you via the telephone number provided when your juices are en route to your home address. Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a photo indicating that your juices have been delivered with a time stamp and also a notification that your order has been "Delivered". 

COVID-19 Update: We will be utilizing “contactless” delivery, so although we would love to meet all of you, please allow us to drop your delivery at your door! Thank you!

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit/debit cards only through our secure checkout, including Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay for all orders with us!

How long does it take to fulfill an order?

Please give us 48-72 hours to fulfill all orders.

What juice flavors do you have?

Blend of Soul currently has six cold-pressed juice flavors! We have Mango Me Crazy, Kiwi Do You Love Me? Oh Kale Yes, Berry Bombshell Lemon Crush Lemonade, and our NEWEST flavor, Soul Beets! We also have NEW wellness shots with five more delicious flavors! We have Hot Girl, Orange Moon, The Healer, Rim Shot, and Green & Plenty! Are your juices kid friendly?

Of course! Children love our juices! We absolutely promote this, as cold-pressed juices are a great alternative to sugary drinks. The top juices that kids enjoy are our Berry Bombshell and Mango Me Crazy. Our juices provide excellent nutritional content, and are absolutely safe for children to consume!

Are all of your ingredients organic?

We do use organic ingredients but due to seasonal availability, every juice will not be 100% organic. We pride ourselves in using all natural ingredients sourced locally with a touch of soul in each juice for you to enjoy!

Do you offer a juice subscription service?

Yes! Our juice subscription service is now LIVE in our online shop! With our juice subscriptions, you will be able to have our delicious juices delivered to your home on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis!

How does it work?

1. All juice items are eligible for subscription including our Soul Pack and Mystery Soulection boxes! We made it this way so that customers are able to mix and match the juices of their choice that they would like to have as a soulscription.  

2. When you purchase our juice subscriptions, you'll receive repeat deliveries of our delicious goodness! These are based on the subscription duration that you select.

3. Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

4. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. You are more than welcome to cancel your subscription at anytime if you choose, but we know that you won't :) Happy SOULscribing!  

Do you offer a local pick-up option?

Yes! We are now offering local pickup for all of our customers. Our beautiful Soul Tribe has been asking for a local pickup option within our soul space, and we wanted to share that it is now available! I've ordered my juices for pickup. Now what? Please read our local pickup guidelines below:

1. Upon checkout, select "Pickup" for how you would like to receive your juices.

2. Standard order processing times of 48-72 hours will still apply once order has been placed.

3. You will receive a notification via email or text that your order is ready for pickup. Once you receive this notification, it's time to pickup your delicious juices!

4. Upon arrival, please call (919) 338-6281 and we will meet you with your order. Please also bring your order confirmation or valid photo ID to confirm order.

5. Local pickup is available on Thursdays and Fridays ONLY at The Cookery from 7am-10am. Please do not arrive to this location during these times until you have received your ready for pickup notification!

6. Local pickup is FREE and available to all customers! Our local delivery and shipping options will also continue to be available if local pickup days and times do not work for you.

Please note: Our juices are perishable and must be refrigerated. When refrigerated, our juices remain fresh for up to 7 days. We value our customer's safety, so please make sure to pick up your juices when you receive your ready for pickup notification. Blend of Soul will not be held responsible for replacing items that have been thrown out due to expiration.
